Terms and Conditions

1. Information on the holder and the unit

Boat identification: The services are performed with recreational craft (6.50 m boat) visibly marked with the name "Puglienzo" and the relative progressive number, in compliance with current legislation.

2. Object of the service and Type of performance

Puglienzo offers an online booking service for tourist experiences and boat rental with a driver.

Type of performance: Rental with driver / Nautical tour.

Maximum number of people: The unit is authorized for the transport of a maximum of 9 passengers plus crew. It is not permitted to board a number of people greater than that indicated in the contractual document and within the legal limits of the unit.

3. Booking procedure and Value of the Contractual Document

The contract is considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Puglienzo, communicated via email or WhatsApp.

Pursuant to Art. 2, paragraph 2 of the legislation on recreational craft, the tax document (receipt or invoice) issued following payment constitutes proof of the agreement between the parties and the contractual document.

The contractual document must contain:

• Personal data, address, and telephone number of the renter and the landlord;
• Type of service and progressive number of the unit;
• Number of people on board.

Obligation of retention: A copy of the contractual document or tax document must be kept on board for the entire duration of the tour.

4. Prices and payment methods

All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Payment can be made via Credit/Debit card (via Stripe), PayPal or Bank Transfer.

5. Right of withdrawal and cancellation policies

5.1 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal: Pursuant to Art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the right of withdrawal is excluded for services concerning leisure activities with a specific date.

5.2 Cancellation for bad weather: In case of adverse weather-marine conditions, at the sole discretion of the captain, the tour will be rescheduled or a full refund (100%) will be made.

5.3 No Show: In case of failure to show up or delay of the client, no refund is provided.

6. Responsibility and Conduct on board

Puglienzo is not liable for disruptions due to force majeure. The user is responsible for their own conduct. The captain has the right to interrupt the tour in case of dangerous behavior, without the right to a refund.

The client is required to provide correct personal data for the compilation of the mandatory contractual document required by law.

7. Intellectual property

All site content is the exclusive property of Vincenzo Mancino. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian Law.

Consumers: Territorial competence of the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer.
